You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unused items in original condition

Items with original tags and packaging

Items returned within the 14-day window

We cannot accept returns of used, worn, or damaged items unless they arrived that way.


HOW TO RETURN
  1. Email us at hello@thesorrell.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and address details.
  3. Send your item using a tracked delivery service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


REFUNDS
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
